Point Property Management is based at 111 Park Place in the historic downtown. We manage residential rentals, offices, and small commercial space in Point Richmond and Richmond.

This is a small practice. Owners get a named office to call. Tenants get a place to send repair requests that is not a voicemail maze. The work is leasing, collecting rent, coordinating maintenance, and reporting—done in writing.
Point Richmond’s downtown, hillside streets, and working waterfront are not interchangeable with a suburban tract. Older buildings, mixed uses, and bay weather show up in the details: access, drainage, vendors who will actually come, and neighbors who live above a shop.
