Apply, pay rent, and request repairs

If you rent from Point Property Management, or want to, use this page for applications, maintenance, and common lease questions. Your written lease controls if anything here differs.

01

How to apply

  1. Review available listings

Open available rentals and note the listing name. Sample cards are marked until real units are posted.

  2. Ask for a showing

Use the inquiry form or call (510) 255-1094. We do not take applications on units you have not been invited to see, except as we specifically arrange.

  3. Submit a complete application

We will send the application and a list of what to include. Incomplete files wait. Screening follows fair housing law. An application is not a lease.

02

Pay rent

Online payment will be linked here when the portal is ready. Until then, use the method in your lease or ask the office.

Online rent pay

Portal link to be added. This is a placeholder so the page is ready when you have a vendor URL.

Pay rent online — coming soon. Replace this line with your portal URL when you have it.

Maintenance request

For emergencies that threaten health, safety, or major property damage, call the office as well as sending a written request.

Send a written request

Use the contact form and choose “Tenant or applicant.” Include the property address, unit, and what you have already tried. Photos help.

Lease FAQ

General answers. Your lease and local law control the details.

When is rent due?

Unless your lease says otherwise, rent is due on the date stated in the lease, usually the first of the month. Late fees, if any, are only those the lease allows.

How do I request a repair?

Send a written request through this site or email, and call if it is urgent. Do not wait for a showing or a rent payment to mention a leak, heat problem, or unsafe condition.

Can I have a pet?

Only if your lease allows it, including any deposit or restrictions. An assistance animal is a separate fair-housing question—ask the office in writing.

How do I give notice to move out?

Follow the notice section of your lease and any local rules that apply. Send notice in writing. Do not assume a text or a phone call is enough.

Who do I call after hours?

Use (510) 255-1094 for urgent conditions. If you cannot reach anyone and there is immediate danger, contact emergency services first.
